Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jessica Anderton Designs. We aim to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Please note that we do not dispatchorders on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you via email.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides a fully tracked delivery service within 1–2 business days after dispatch and includes a photo of delivery.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Australia, the United States, and non-EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically take:

Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing or local postal services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in your purchase or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com and we will assist in tracking or investigating your shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you believe you have added an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to amend it. If you would like a parcel delivered directly to someone as a gift, please let us know if you would like a complimentary gift note added. Pricing or purchase details are not included within your order.
