Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g., bespoke artworks or special orders)

  • Sale items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com and we will guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping

Before returning your item, please email us for instructions and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (Royal Mail T24/48), as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
