Can I write a review?
Yes! Feedback is much appreciated. On each product page, there is a section at the bottom of the page which allows you to write a review and leave a star rating. If you are using your mobile, the 'write a review' tab will appear when you click the 3 lined icon which is located at the base of each product page within the review section.
When will my products arrive after I place the order?
As many of the products are made to order, the delivery times can vary. We aim to deliver UK orders within 7 working days, if not sooner. The weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days but we will do our very best to get our products to you ASAP. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal demand can occasionally longer delivery times, however we will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
Can you include a gift message?
Of course, Jessica would be more than happy to write a gift message and include it within the order. Please contact Jessica with what you would like written.
Can you speed up my delivery time?
If you have a specific deadline to receive your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to see what we can do.
Am I able to change the colourways for some of the products to match my colour scheme at home?
Yes of course, if you have a colour scheme you would like to work with, please let Jessica know and she can advise on what similar colour fabrics would be available.
Am I able to refund or exchange my products?
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please send us an email at email@example.com with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will advise you on where to return your purchase.
Please ensure that the products are returned in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'd be happy to assist you.
Could you help me place an order?
Yes of course. If you feel more comfortable discussing and placing an order over the phone, we can help with that. You can phone our studio on 07964040064, where we can answer any questions you have regarding previously placed orders or new orders. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com.
Please note, If the production of your products have already began, we may be limited to what can be changed.
Can I still place an order if it says the product is sold out?
Yes. These items are made to order and are still available to order online. To get a clearer indication of when your product will be made and delivered, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with the information on the product you would like to purchase.
Where can I buy Jessica Anderton Design products?
The largest selection is available on our official Jessica Anderton Designs online shop. However, we are very pleased to be stocked with Pad Lifestyle located on Howe Street, Edinburgh and in their concession shop in Harvey Nichols Edinburgh!

Can I request a private commission?
With Jessica's background in Fine Art Painting, she loves to take on special projects, from original artwork to personalised interior products. If you would like to get in touch regarding private commissions, please email email@example.com and she can discuss options.
Where are your products produced?
Our products are solely produced and manufactured in the United Kingdom. Jessica's unique designs are drawn and hand painted in her studio located in Edinburgh. These designs are then digitally printed onto our fabrics in London. The soft furnishing products within the collection are produced in Edinburgh.
