Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the collection can be shipped worldwide with a tracked service. At check out, please enter your address and the shipping cost will be calculated based on this delivery location. Please note these are set shipping costs, so the delivery price will be kept the same no matter how many items are purchased. Due to UK postal strikes & the lead up to Christmas, est. delivery times are not guaranteed.  

Where is your shop and what time is it open?

My first brick and mortar shop is located in the heart of St Andrews Scotland, at 160 South Street, KY16 9EG. The current opening times are as follows;

Monday & Tuesday - Closed

Wednesday - Sunday - 11am-3pm

Do you wholesale your range? 

Yes! If you would like to become a stockist, simply email us at jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com or fill out our enquiry form - we aim to get back to you within 24 hours!

What should I do if I haven’t received my parcel yet? 

If you have not received your order, please check if your item is a pre-order. These items have a particular week despatch date, stated on both the product title and product description. They will be sent out as soon as they have arrived!
If your item is not a pre-order, please message using the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen or email at jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com. Jessica would be happy to check your order status. 

If you have purchased a mixture of pre-order and normal products within one order, please contact Jessica if you would like them sent separately or together. 

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email?

Please get in touch with Jessica as soon as possible via email - jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com. Jessica would be happy to assist you and resolve the issue.  

Am I able to refund or exchange my products?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please send us an email at jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will advise you on where to return your purchase.

Please ensure that the products are returned in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days. 

Can I write a review? 

Yes! Feedback is much appreciated. On each product page, there is a section at the bottom of the page which allows you to write a review and leave a star rating. If you are using your mobile, the 'write a review' tab will appear when you click the 3 lined icon which is located at the base of each product page within the review section. 

When will my products arrive after I place the order?  

Once we receive your order, we aim to despatch within 1-3 working days, if not sooner. Your order will be sent using a 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For or ParcelForce service which usually takes 1-3 days to be delivered within the UK or est. 5-14 days for International orders. As some of the products are made to order, the delivery times can vary. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal demand can occasionally longer delivery times, however we will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

Can you speed up my delivery time? 

If you have a specific deadline to receive your order, please email jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com and we will be happy to upgrade your delivery (Special- next day) at an additional charge.

 Can you include a gift message?

Of course, Jessica would be more than happy to write a gift message and include it within the order. You can add a note in the message section at check out or by contacting us directly with what you would like to add. 

  Am I able to change the colourways for some of the products to match my colour scheme at home?

Yes of course, if you have a colour scheme you would like to work with, please let Jessica know and she can advise on what similar colour fabrics would be available. 

 Could you help me place an order?

Yes of course. If you feel more comfortable discussing and placing an order over the phone, we can help with that. You can phone our studio on 07964040064, where we can answer any questions you have regarding previously placed orders or new orders. Alternatively, you can email us at jessicaandertondesigns@gmail.com. Please note, If the production of your products have  already began, we may be limited to what can be changed.  

Can I request a private commission? 

With Jessica's background in Fine Art Painting, she loves to take on special projects, from original artwork to personalised interior products. If you would like to get in touch regarding private commissions, please email and she can discuss options. 

Where are your products produced? 

All our products are hand-painted in Edinburgh by Jessica and are carefully crafted using top quality materials through our partnered British suppliers.
Each product is uniquely designed & made to last for years to come.
