Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the collection is shipped worldwide with a tracked service. At check out, please enter your address and the shipping cost will be calculated based on this delivery location. Please note these are set shipping costs, so the delivery price will be kept the same no matter how many items are purchased.

What do I do if there is an issue processing my payment at check out?

If you experience an issue at check-out, please clear your history & browsing data from your device and refresh the page. On an iPhone, this is the book icon. If the issue persists, please message Jessica via the chat box and she would be happy to assist. (Typically replies within a couple of minutes.)

Can I change currency?

Yes, at the bottom of the page you will be able to change your country/region, which will also select the currency.

Do you wholesale your collection?

Yes! If you would like to become a stockist, simply email us at or fill out our enquiry form- we aim to get back to you within 24 hours!

What should I do if I haven't recieved my order?

If you have not received your order, please check if your item is a pre-order. These items have a particular despatch date, stated on the product title and product description. They will be sent out as soon as they have arrived!
If your item is not a pre-order, please check your parcel tracking number, which will have been attached to your despatch email. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find this despatch email. Alternatively, please message using the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen or email at Jessica would be happy to check the status of your order.

What should I do if I havent recieved a confirmation email?

Please check your junk folder, as sometimes our emails can find their way there! Alternatively, please get in touch with Jessica via email - or via our live chat. Jessica would be happy to assist you. 

Am I able to refund or exchange my order?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase/ have made an error when ordering and wish to return it for a full refund, please send us an email at with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will advise you on where to return your purchase.
Please ensure that the products are returned in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confrim the refund is being processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days. 

Can I write a review?

Yes! Feedback is much appreciated. You can write a review by scrolling to the bottom of the product's page, where you will find the review section.

What is the delivery time/can I request an express delivery service?

Once we receive your order, we aim to despatch within 1-3 working days. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or ParcelForce service which usually takes 1-3 days to be delivered within the UK or est. 5-14 days for International addresses. As some of the products are made to order, the delivery times can vary. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal demand can occasionally longer delivery times, however we will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
If you have a specific deadline to receive your order, please email and we will be happy to upgrade your delivery (Special- next day) at an additional charge.

Can I add a gift note?

Of course, Jessica would be more than happy to write a gift message and include it within the order. You can add a note in the message section at check out or by contacting us directly with what you would like to add. 

Can you help me with my order?

If you feel more comfortable discussing and placing an order over the phone, we are more than hapy to help with that. Where are your products made?

All our products are hand-painted in Edinburgh by Jessica and are carefully crafted using top quality materials through our partnered British suppliers.
Each product is uniquely designed & made to last for years to come. We are proud to produce our products only in the United Kingdom.
